- Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and more

How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)
- Orders under $75 USD are subject to a $7.50 USD shipping feewith the exception of Canada, where the shipping fee is $15 USD
* If you pay in a currency other than US Dollars, the shipping fee is converted accordingly

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Great news for you! We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on www.linjer.co.

How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. 
- Orders placed between August 3 and 6 may have an additional fulfillment delay of 2-3 business days as we are moving our stock to a new warehouse this week!
- Delivery times range from 1-8 business days depending on the destination.

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse

* The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel -- we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times (even if you upgrade to express shipping) as we cannot predict service disruptions.

Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns

What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping fees (for orders less than $75 USD) are non-refundable.

What's the return process?
United States / United Kingdom / Hong Kong / Canada / Germany / Netherlands / France / Italy / Spain -- We are pleased to offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. 

Elsewhere -- Return parcels must be sent to specific addresses depending on where you are shipping from:
- Oslo, Norway (if you're in Norway)
- Slough, England (if you're in Europe and not in a "simple returns" country or Norway)
- Carramar, WA, Australia (if you're in Australia or New Zealand)
- Hong Kong (if you're anywhere else)
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Exchanges

What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
