We ship Monday through Friday.** Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email,
and your tracking information should be available within 24–48 hours. Orders are typically delivered within
5–7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.

How much is shipping and handling?
• All orders* receive FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping! (*offer applies to
domestic shipments only and orders that do not have Advantage Replacements in them)
• USPS First Class (international) / UPS Mail Innovations shipping for $12.95 arrives within
20-30 business days
Other shipping methods vary in price depending on your location.
BodyGuardz observes all major U.S. holidays and does not process or ship out orders on these
dates. Please order well in advance if you need a product by a certain holiday.
• Advantage Replacement shipping is anywhere from $5.95 to $19.95.
When will my order ship?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped. The tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours of shipment. After placing your order, you may click the 'My Account' link on the top, right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
The daily shipping cutoff is 11:00 AM ET Monday through Friday for all shipping services. Back-orders, pre-orders, UltraTough, Armor, and Custom Cut products will not ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation when the order has shipped.
What about fraud protection?
We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and
ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a
representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a
reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and
delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Where can I track my order?
If your order was shipped via USPS First Class Mail and is shipping within the US
you can track your order on the USPS website. Typically orders shipped with this method will
deliver within 5-7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.
If your order shipped via USPS First Class Mail and is shipping internationally please note
that tracking information may only be available until your order leaves the US. Additional
tracking will only be available if your country scans the package. Orders shipped with this
method have been arriving within 10-15 business days, but can take up to 30 business days to

Do you ship to my country?
The easiest way to see if we ship to your country is to select the protectors you
want and place them in your cart. Once you proceed to checkout you can look in the shipping and
tax estimate to see if we ship to your country. You can also contact
Do you pay for return shipping?
No. BodyGuardz does not cover return shipping for orders being returned for a
refund or for protectors being returned as part of the Advantage Program.
If you are returning your protector to remain eligible for future replacements you can send
your protector back in a regular envelope so that is should only cost you one stamp to send it
What if my order has items that are backordered?
Orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back ordered
items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. You can also split your order into

Shipping fees will be calculated once items have been added to your cart.
International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all
of which are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping via USPS First Class
Mail International usually arrive in 10-15 business days but may take up to 30 business days
for delivery. BodyGuardz is not liable for lost shipments with UPS Mail Innovations. If you
need a trackable, expedited shipping method, please choose one of our other shipping options.
